Summer and Fall Tuition

Tuition for the Fall & Spring Season can be paid two ways: Monthly or Annually. 

Monthly tuition is a package broken into 11 equal installments due the 1st of each month. 

Installment 1 is due at registration to confirm your place on the roster and is therefore non-refundable. 

Installments 2-11 are due by the 1st of each month, September through June. 

Annual tuition must be paid in full by September 1st in order to receive a 10% discount and is non-refundable. 

Tuition paid in full by January 1st will receive a 5% discount and is also non-refundable and non-transferable. 

No reimbursements will be made.

Account statements are not distributed. Accounts with an outstanding balance on the 5th of the month will incur a $10.00 late fee. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Payment is due regardless of your student’s attendance.

We accept cash, check, debit, Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. 

All accounts not paid in full must provide a credit card to guarantee the account. 

If the account becomes delinquent, the balance due will be charged to this card. 

Your account may be automatically drafted each month free of charge.

All Classes must meet a minimum enrollment of 6 students or the class will be dropped 

and students will be thoughtfully placed in an alternate class. 

Spotlight Studio must receive written notice by October 31st to drop classes. Failure to attend class does not constitute a withdrawal, and dropping a class begins the day the office is notified, not the last day a student attended the class.

After such time, you are confirming your place in class for the entire dance year. 

You will be responsible for all tuition, installments 1 - 11, as well as agree to participate in the annual end of year show, 

unless otherwise noted. 

For company dancers, your annual company commitment begins July 1st and that is your drop deadline.

A costume will be given to each dancer for each class of instruction, provided they participate in the recital. Only accounts fully paid by recital will receive costumes and be able to perform. Due to the number of students and the length of the show, Spotlight Studio breaks its recital into multiple casts and may combine classes. We attempt to accommodate our families, however, there is no guarantee that multiple classes or siblings will be able to perform in the same recital cast. We appreciate your understanding. By agreeing to these terms, you give Spotlight Studio (and its partners) approval to use footage taken in class, at recital or during other events for use in promotional material.
