A-Team
This is an Elite Spotlight Program that is by director invitation only.
This program takes our Company a step further, offering students practical experience and leadership opportunities in the many facets of the dance business to include: running rehearsals, choreography, subbing, and teaching their own classes. These dancers are Spotlight role models on and off the stage.
Since its inception in 2014, our apprentices have received partial and full scholarships to universities, earned industry dance jobs, obtained teaching positions across the nation, became head choreographers for dance companies, and much more!

2024-2025 Assistants
Our teaching assistants help with our day to day operations and act as an extension of our staff. These dancers not only dance in our Company program 10+ hours weekly, but they also choose to volunteer their time in our classes along side their own teachers to help demonstrate technique, care for, and build connections with our dancers. These dancers help create the link between our Recreational and Company Programs, being a role model and example of Spotlight in our classrooms.
