Our company program is designed for the serious dancer who shows special ability, concentration, motivation and dedication to their dance training, with a desire to give back to their community. Dancers must take classes in the following disciplines: jazz, tap, ballet/pointe, contemporary, hip hop, tumbling, along with technique classes, and will be placed appropriately based on age/experience level.
Additional opportunities are available for students to enhance their performance ability with recital production numbers as well as local community and charity performances. Company dancers are considered role models and as representatives of Spotlight Studio should embrace and uphold our standards and philosophy.
Please understand that company has limited space, and therefore is by invitation only with director approval. Multiple absences will not be tolerated. Your annual company commitment begins July 1st as that is your drop deadline. Dancers must keep Saturday's open for rehearsals.

This company is designed to create the well rounded dancer prepared for all possible dance industry careers; some may even be offered assisting and leadership opportunities. As a part of Spotlight's Travel Team, dancers should be eager to participate in training opportunities that will further their knowledge and ability as well as give career insight to the dance industry. T-Team dancers have access and exposure to the top choreographers and master teachers in the dance industry, such as Brian Friedman, Tricia Miranda, Tyce Diorio, Lane Napper, Tessandra Chavez, Tina Caspary, Alex Wong, Jason Janas, Geo Hubela, Wade Robson, Cris Judd, Laurieann Gibson, Mollee Gray, and Ian Eastwood. We strongly believe these events are positive and necessary to bridge studio dance experience and the greater dance industry. T-Team is Spotlight's go to for charity and community performances.
An Elite Spotlight Program that is by director invitation only. This program takes T-Team a step further offering the student practical experience and leadership opportunities in the many facets of the dance business to include: running rehearsals, choreography, subbing, and teaching their own classes. These dancers are Spotlight role models on and off the stage.
Since its inception in 2014, our apprentices have received partial and full scholarships to universities, earned industry dance jobs, obtained teaching positions across the nation, became head choreographers for dance companies, and much more!
